House B is an independent and thoughtfully designed residence, offering both warmth and functionality. With three bedrooms distributed across two levels, it comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. The semi-basement bedroom, spacious enough for three, ensures flexibility and privacy for all.

The living area, comprising a well-equipped kitchen and lounge, is separated from the sleeping quarters by a spacious 45 m² patio, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The patio, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco, also features a barbecue, inviting guests to enjoy memorable evenings together.

For maximum comfort, the home includes three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite in the master bedroom. Linens and towels are provided for both indoor use and the pool, and a washing machine is available for added convenience.

Beyond the home, guests have access to the village pool and are just a short distance from the stunning Cala Sinzias Beach, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and soft white sand.

To ensure ease of travel, each house comes with a reserved parking space within the village, allowing for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.
