House B is an independent residence with a cozy and functional layout. Its 3 bedrooms are conveniently distributed: two on the ground floor and one in the semi-basement. The semi-basement bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people, ensuring a comfortable stay for a maximum of 7 guests.
The living area, including the kitchen and lounge, is separated from the sleeping area by a 45 sqm2 patio, offering space and privacy for all guests. Additionally, a barbecue is available for guests in the patio to spend unforgettable evenings together. Linens and towels for both the house and the pool are included.
The house also features 3 bathrooms, including one en-suite in the master bedroom, to ensure comfort and convenience for guests. Additionally, a washing machine is provided to make the stay even more comfortable and convenient.
